Nama : FIOLA KOSASIH<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deskripsi Bisnis : EFKA Studio<\/strong> was founded in 2017 by Fiola Kosasih during her university years. EFKA Studio is a company engaged in interior architecture consulting services that focus on interior design. EFKA Studio caters for retail projects but does not exclude the possibility of accepting other types of projects. EFKA Studio prioritizes the application of Sense of Place in design while still being able to provide space efficiency for clients and pay attention to user\u2019 comfort. Sense of place itself can increase the attractiveness of a retail design in their customers\u2019 eyes, thus able to benefit the client.<\/p>\n

Deskripsi Proyek TA :<\/strong>\u00a0Retail project from\u00a0Otto Space<\/strong>, which is a clothing shop project. Otto Space actually has a story line which is about a beaver named Otto. This creates a sense of belonging because the buyer knows the story behind Otto and friends. That\u2019s why the interior and the facade of the store will have the essence of Otto Space which is galaxy.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this design is to create an atmosphere of spatial formation that can strengthen the story of Otto by increasing a Sense of Place that can create good branding for each section of the area. The circulation of this floor plan prioritizes the Fashion Store area.<\/p>\n

The building faces south and designed to lean a bit to the East. This is done so it\u2019s not too sweltering at noon. Facade is more modern and futuristic in order to approach the atmosphere of the galaxy.<\/p>\n

The application of Sense of Place is done by using 5 senses. The sense of touch by using material that has textures for the wall and floor like being on the moon or a planet. Sense of vision is done by space ambience that seems to be in the galaxy. Sense of hearing by using speakers that allows visitors to listen to songs with instrumental outer space or planetary noises. The sense of smell by using a futuristic aroma. Last is the sense of taste by providing snacks in the form of galaxy and drinks. These things make us feel like we are in the galaxy with Otto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
