Deskripsi Bisnis : Zoe Studio<\/strong>\u00a0is an interior consultant with integrity and professionalism who provides designs that have the value of the Universal Design. This Universal design aims to provide design services to every client who does not have or has physical limitations. By prioritizing 3 aspects creative and innovative, teamwork, and guarantee and also designing with the standard of HDII (Himpunan Desainer Interior Indonesia). Zoe Studio uses 7 indicators to produce designs that will answer the client\u2019s problems. 7 Indicators used are equitable in use, Flexibility in use, simple and intuitive in use, tolerance for errors, low physical effort, size and space for approach in use.<\/p>\n

Deskripsi Proyek TA :\u00a0 The Grand Samota project<\/strong>\u00a0is located on Samota Street, Labuan Sumbawa, Labuhan Badas, Sumbawa Regency, Nusa Tenggara. This Grand Samota hotel is a tourism business created to lift the economy in this area. Grand Samota is a hotel that has 3-star facilities in providing services to comfort the user. The result of the design is following the brief of the client who owns the Grand Samota hotel. There is a design that has a universal design approach so that it can be used by people who have physical limitations such as using a wheelchair or people who do not have physical limitations. Then there is a request about a design that has a tropical and luxurious impression so that it can blend in with the building outside but it also becomes a luxurious building to visitors to this hotel. The dominant material in this restaurant and lobby Grand Samota hotel is wood and marble. The result of the application of Universal Design and ambiance design that gives this tropical impression are :<\/p>\n

  2. The shape of the furniture that does not have sharp angles to reduce the risk of accidents in this building.<\/li>\n
  3. The use of furniture that does not require long adaptations<\/li>\n

  5. Large door handle<\/li>\n
  6. Information board that shows the entire room in this building<\/li>\n
  7. Furniture sizes that follow the literature and the size of the room that does not give the excessive impression to the user<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This architectural planning began in December 2019 and continues until today. Planning of the interior restaurant and hotel lobby is started in February and the production process is targeted to begin after May and the entire building will be completed by the end of 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
