We have Collaborated with clients to produce and realize work that can satisfy the client, answer the needs of the client by always giving professionalism job, and always implementing company values than consider for Design and behavior Clemens Studio concentrates on the level of comfort and the impact of design on the behavior patterns of for each user.<\/p>\n<div id=\"yrm-LBpI9\" class=\"yrm-content yrm-content-3\" data-show-status=\"true\">\n<p><strong>Deskripsi Proyek TA :<\/strong>\u00a0This project is a building design project located at Cibodas Street No. 15, Maribaya, Lembang, Bandung Regency. This site was a plastic factory that was demolished and will be converted into a caf\u00e9. The name of the cafe is Starlight, that was because the owner inspired by the starlight that shines and always bright at the dark. The project is designed by the problems of creating the building which can support consumer for make comfort for each user who come to Starlight cafe. This concepts is based on Design &amp; behavior which is focused on build a Place attachment.Place attachment is the emotional bond between person and place. It is highly influenced by an individual and his or her personal experience. The creation of place attachment has 2 important things in its formation, first is the physical factor and the second is the social factor. Clemens Studio will focus and apply physical factors such as Cleanliness, Appealing Aroma, Adequate Lighting, Comfortable furniture, View to outside, Appealing Acoustic, Appealing music, Access to Natural Light, Appealing D\u00e9cor, Appealing Color, and Visually Appealing. For this project (Starlight Caf\u00e9) also use Zen design ambiance which aim to support place placement occurs better. for example, choosing color that have a netral color like White, Black, and grey have<\/p>\n<p>meaning of calm and peace.
