Deskripsi Bisnis : Raindrops Design<\/strong> is an Interior Architecture design consultant located in Surabaya. Raindrops Design specialized in residential, commercial, and hospitality project. Raindrops Design using Parametric Design to create a design that can match the comfort and needs of the user. Raindrops Design created to provide solutions to the needs of the community for accurate and controlled design, maximum use of the area, minimizing solar heat received, minimizing the use of materials, and labor efficiency by utilizing certain parameters that are processed through a digital approach.<\/p>\n

Deskripsi Proyek TA : JAVA COFFEE<\/strong>\u00a0is a CAFE located in Surabaya. The design of the building uses the application of PARAMETRICS with the concept of Modern with touch of Nature. The concept is chosen based on the location which is a modern area where potential visitors are millennials who are more interested in the modern world. Touch of Nature is applied by the materials applied to show that natural materials can play a good role in modern designs. The site also gives a very nice view of Golf field which led the design into using more glass in exchange of wall to give spotlight to the views. The ground floor is designed small to gives more parking area. The ground floor design is simple to give use of the small area into a photo area where the walls are given murals or hand-drawn arts that can be replaced within a certain period of time. The second floor is designed to be more flexible and neutral to fulfill client\u2019s request where at night time the usage change from dining area into live music bar. The 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0floor is designed to be fancier and more private for the customers\u2019 needs where it features a VIP room and the dining area is smaller with addition of outdoor area. This area works more like a coffee shop. The building itself is designed to reduce corners which is why created into rounded end and is used for vertical circulation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
