Deskripsi Bisnis : Roots Interior Architecture consultant<\/strong> is a business that runs interior and architectural design that based on tropical approaches, which is interpreted as the result of design solutions based on responses to tropical climates. Roots scope of projects are going to be focused all around Indonesia due to the suitability of the tropical climate in Indonesia. The use of materials in accordance with the solution of the problems of each design in accordance with thermal comfort and user\u2019s activity. Prioritizing the use of natural energy, such as sunlight as light and wind as air, and windows or openings as air circulation in an area.<\/p>\n

Deskripsi Proyek TA :\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The design process carried out in this project is about coworking space where the background of this work is based on the increasing number of land limitations and also the results of observations and case studies that show higher demand for coworking space in the future. The mass of the building that has the formation of coilings is inspired by the terracing formed at the level of paddy fields in the highlands. The existing levels form the uniqueness of the building model that strengthens the existing circulation flow in the building both in the air flow and the lighting system in the building itself. The elegant form of the coilings also helps in creating strong ambience by creating phenomenal views from the elegance of the outside forms. The spatial planning process is also based on 3 concepts which are connectivity, collaboration and community. Connectivity is the initial stage to be able to interact, collaboration is a time when connectivity has been established and work together, and the community symbolizes the final stages of connectivity and collaboration that are built. These three keywords form 2 types of area division based on work level and 3 kinds of area division based on privacy level. The level of work importance is depicted from the outside atmosphere of the building and the atmosphere in the building where in the depiction of a more relaxed work atmosphere in the outdoor area and for a more serious work atmosphere inside the indoor area, while for the division of privacy levels are described by 3 floors in the building where in the 1st floor is a depiction of a public area, the 2nd floor represents a semi-private area, and on the 3rd floor it represents a non-public area \/ private area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
