Tor Project\u2019s scope of projects include architectural design, interior arrangement, landscape planning, and custom products for building interior needs. Services include schematic concepts, 3D modeling, and finalization on field.<\/p>\n

Tor Project<\/strong>\u00a0is a consultant who studies and has a concern about the relationship of design and organism (human). In an architectural work Tor Project believes that the interaction between organism and place will produce a design that can be called alive. To achieve that harmonization, Tor Project use the stimulation theory method which applied to each project for a way how design interrupt the living being.<\/p>\n

Deskripsi Proyek TA : Showroom Mebel Blora 79<\/strong>\u00a0is located at Veteran Road, Gresik which is a protocol road that connects to Surabaya.<\/p>\n

Overall, this project complex accommodates 3 main activities of Blora 79 company, they are showroom, workshop, and management office. The complex mass composed by island order, it allows light and air to flow in each of the room despite having an extreme elongated shape. Natural day lighting is used all over complex to emphasizes well the quality of a teak wood as it main product rather than use artificial lighting.<\/p>\n

This building complex uses 2 main characters of ambience, warm and hommy. The warm character is intended to highlight the warmness and soothing character from a teak wood.<\/p>\n

Concept of hommy represent the company branding that provides residential furniture needs. Layout and concept of the complex adapted from the arrangement of a terraced villa which often associated with leisure. Product in display area arranged according to its function as in a actual house, such as set of living room and set of dining room to give the impression of a home. This concept is also strengthened by organized lighting and the selection of building paint colours.<\/p>\n

Showroom area as the main element of this complex is placed in the middle of the complex to make the impression of hommy and intimacy, located between public and private to make visitors feel welcomed. Different altitude level also made to emphasize the function of this area from other area.<\/p>\n

The transition between public and private area is called Intermediate garden, this area combined with dynamic composition of indoor-outdoor and contour give visitors a sense of space experience. Vegetation through shady trees provides barrier to the sun and at the same time become transition element between the public and more intimate areas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
