Deskripsi Bisnis : Cara Esthetique is a premium head to toe beauty centre with New Normal concept. The main focus of this beauty centre is the comfort and quality of customer me-time. The room design, services, and facilities of it are private. In addition, customers can request and extension of time to maximize their quality me-time. The New Normal concept is implemented by running strict health protocols and organizing spatial arrangements that can minimize virus transmission.<\/p>\n

Deskripsi TA : Cara Esthetique beauty center is an interior project located in one of the elite housing estates in Surabaya. The influence of the location makes this project required to have a design that is in accordance with the surrounding environment. The target market is also in middle-u class. The location of this project is in a commercial shophouse area, so the area that can be processed is only the interior, while the exterior area is a design from the developer that must be uniform with other buildings around it. The site orientation is towards the South. The shape of this building extends backwards with an area of 35\u00d712.5 meters. The exterior style of this building, which comes from the developer, is industrial Europe, therefore the interior style must also be the same so that the building looks unified inside and out. Since this building has a European industrial style, the ambience concept chosen is warm tones with dominant colors of dusty pink and warm gray. The purpose of using dusty pink color is to give a feminine and warm impression, while warm gray is to give a calming impression. The main concept is the new normal. The new normal design applied is the presence of hand wash and sanitation points, minimum distance between treatment chairs, separation of in and out circulation, private room, acrylic divider, and limiting the capacity of people on each floor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
