Deskripsi Bisnis : OZ Design is an architecture and interior consultant specializing in residential, hospitality, and commercial project which consider energy efficiency and greenship value. OZ Design will design through digital approach to be able to simulate a building\u2019s parameter, such as natural and artificial lighting and heat, and measure its efficiency. This business emerged to answer the need of energy efficient building and building condition\u2019s simulation before it is built to give a better experience to the users. It is also founded on OZ Design\u2019s interest in natural resources and energy saving that is very necessary now and in the future.<\/p>\n

Deskripsi TA : This project is divided into two main masses : showroom and warehouse, and four areas: showroom, service, office, and warehouse. There is a connecting mass at the second floor to shelter employee\u2019s parking and to ease restocking process. The waiting room is placed in the showroom area with glass window facing the bike repair shop so customers can comfortably watch the process or browse the showroom while waiting. The west side is functioned for trucks access, so the front mass is cut diagonally to accommodate its turning path. The warehouse has 70cm leveling with doors on both levels to ease the loading in and out process.<\/p>\n

Neutral colors are used to emphasize industrial style along with columns and truss structure exposure. Precast concrete slab, brick wallpaper, and wood panels are used for acoustical and heat insulation, also for aesthetic purposes. Less accessories are used to not overshadow the displayed product.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
