General Administration and Student Executive
1 Penerimaan Tamu/ Mahasiswa
Salah satu tugas General Administration and Student Executive adalah menerima tamu/ mahasiswa yang membutuhkan informasi. Sebagai penerima tamu, General Administration and Student Executive wajib mengetahui informasi-informasi seputar akademik dan pertanyaan umum departemen terkait (PMA, FNA, BMA, dan MNA). Selain penerima tamu, tugas General Administration and Student Executive menerima permohonan surat keterangan mahasiswa, permohonan surat keterangan lulus, sampai dengan permohonan legalisir dokumen kelulusan. General Administration and Student Executive bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan respon dalam pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang disampaikan melalui media sosial resmi BAA seperti email, line, dan Instagram.
2. Pengelolaan Data Mahasiswa
Data mahasiswa yang ada pada CIS, akan dikelola oleh General Administration Support Helper. Data yang ada pada CIS akan diverifikasi sesuai dengan dokumen yang dikumpulkan dan dilakukan update setiap ada perubahan data

General Administration and Student Executive responsible give service to guest or students who need information. As customer service, General Administration and Student Executive must know academic information and general questions for several departments (PMA, FNA, BMA, and MNA). As General Administration and Student Executive responsible to receive student reference letter, graduate reference letter, until graduation document legalization. General Administration and Student Executive responsible to respond questions submitted through BAA official social media, such as email, line, dan Instagram.
2. Student Data Management
Student data in CIS will be managed by General Administration Support Helper. Data in CIS will be verified by General Administration Support Helper based on collected registration document and will be updated regularly.
