We are excited to invite you to join ILC 2026, hosted by Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, taking place on 30 April – 3 May 2026!

This year’s theme, “Empowering Global Leaders: Inspiring Change, Driving Impact,” will explore leadership across cultures and highlight the important role future leaders play in addressing global challenges.

ILC 2026 is a great platform for students, lecturers, and staff to develop leadership skills while expanding international networks. 🚀

Participants will have the opportunity to present their research, leadership projects, or ideas through poster presentations during the conference.
