PRISM 2.0: Pathways Reaching Internationalism Returns to Universitas Ciputra

On the 16th and 17th of April 2026, the Universitas Ciputra International Community (UCIC), in collaboration with UC’s Collaboration and Global Engagement (CaGE) department, returned with the second edition of PRISM — PRISM 2.0: Pathways Reaching Internationalism — held at Corepreneur, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
Much like its predecessor, PRISM 2.0 served as a platform for high schoolers and UC students alike to explore international opportunities, learn about studying abroad, and connect directly with universities and education service providers. Across two days, the event combined pitching sessions, talkshows, and performances — all aimed at expanding participants’ global horizons.
PRISM 2.0 featured a strong lineup of university partners, including Campus France, Woosong University, Singapore Management University (SMU), Monash University, and the University of Liverpool. Education service providers rounded out the roster, with ICGlobal, Institut Français d’Indonésie (IFI), Go Study International, UC’s Language and Culture Center (LCC), and CaGE itself all participating. Each partner presented their respective programs and offerings through dedicated pitching sessions throughout the event.
The first day opened with the national anthem, Hymne UC, and opening speeches from a representative of CaGE and UCIC’s president, before formally launching PRISM 2.0 with an opening ceremony. Club Abstract set the mood early with a live performance, energizing the crowd for the day ahead.
The morning’s pitching sessions introduced three partners to the stage: Campus France & IFI, Go Study International, and the University of Liverpool — each given 15 minutes to walk attendees through their programs and answer questions. The sessions were interspersed with breaks that gave the audience time to visit booths and consult directly with representatives.

Following the lunch break, the first talkshow of the event took center stage — running for an hour and closing with a 20-minute Q&A session before certificates and photos were taken with the speakers. The afternoon then resumed with three more pitching sessions: Woosong University, SMU, and CaGE, bringing Day 1’s partner presentations to a close. Club Abstract returned for a second performance before the MCs wrapped up the day with a walk around the venue floor.

Day 2 opened with UKM Resonance taking the stage for the morning’s performance, before Monash University kicked off the day’s first pitching session. The event then moved into its second talkshow, again drawing an engaged crowd before certificates and photos with speakers closed out the session.

The afternoon of Day 2 was packed: ICGlobal delivered the eighth pitching session, followed by the event’s third and final talkshow — another hour-long session complete with its own certificate and photo ceremony. The day closed with back-to-back pitches from UC LCC and UCIC, a closing performance by UKM Resonance, and the official closing of the event.

PRISM 2.0 ran smoothly across both days, delivering on its promise as a one-stop space for students to explore what going global could look like for them — whether through degree programs, exchange opportunities, or language and cultural preparation. With ten pitching sessions, three talkshows, and a full lineup of participating institutions, this year’s edition built meaningfully on the foundation laid in 2025.
As PRISM 2.0 comes to a close, it leaves behind a stronger network between UC students and the international community — and a clearer path forward for those ready to take their next step abroad.
