Dalam setiap perusahaan, ada karyawan yang sadar dan mau berubah, tetapi ada juga karyawan tertentu yang sulit diajak berubah. Berbagai jenis karyawan ini akan banyak ditemukan dalam perusahaan. Karyawan akan beradaptasi.dengan perubahan yang terjadi sehingga komunikasi, partisipasi serta beberapa hal perlu dilakukan oleh setiap perusahaan untuk mengahadapi permasalan ini.<\/li>\n<li>kesiapan merangkul inovasi untuk menghadapi tahun 2023. Kondisi ini menjadi hal yang tidak terhindarkan oleh pelaku bisnis makanan dan minuman, seperti yang dikutip dalam Kompas, bulang Agustus 2022 yang menyatakan \u201cIndustri makanan dan minuman jelas memperlihatkan pertumbuhan positif meski di masa pandemi. Namun masih menghadapi tantangan, baik internal maupun eksternal, dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka,&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>memilih jalur inovasi yang teoat. Inovasi yang dipilih oleh setiap industri khususnya makanan dan minuman akan menentukan bagaimana kesiapan menghadapi persaingan di tahun 2023. Inovasi yang dipilih tentunya yang sesuai dengan respon dan reaksi pasar.<\/li>\n<li>memenangkan pasar dengan analsisi pasar digital.
