Purin kopi adalah dessert yang memikat mata dan memanjakan lidah. Dalam artikel ini, kita akan membahas purin kopi, mulai dari cara membuatnya hingga saran untuk mendapatkan kopi terbaik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apa Definisi Purin?<\/strong><br \/>\nPurin adalah puding karamel Jepang yang dibuat dari campuran susu, gula, dan telur dan dikukus atau dipanggang dalam oven dengan lapisan karamel cair di dasar cetakan. Panaskan hingga hampir mendidih. Dinginkan campuran.<\/li>\n<li>Telur: Dalam mangkuk besar, kocok telur. Tuang campuran susu dan kopi yang telah didinginkan ke dalam telur secara perlahan, terus diaduk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Memasak<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuang campuran telur dan kopi ke dalam cetakan yang telah diberi karamel sebelum dimasukkan.<\/li>\n<li>Panggang atau kukus dalam oven dengan metode bain-marie (air panas di sekitar cetakan) selama 30 hingga 40 menit atau hingga purin matang.<\/li>\n<li>Penyejuk dan Penyajian: Sebelum memasukkan purin ke dalam kulkas, biarkan dingin. Berbalik purin pada piring, letakkan karamel di atasnya, dan sajikan dingin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pastikan semua bahan pada suhu kamar sebelum dicampur.
