Hybrid Learning dipilih untuk menjembatani penyampaian materi yang harus dilakukan secara praktek dimana mahasiswa dapat langsung praktek atau berinteraksi dengan praktek meskipun di tempat masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p>Mata kuliah Food Service menjadi salah satu mata kuliah yang mencoba hybrid learning dimana mahasiswa dapat langsung praktek bersama dengan dosen, meskipun dosen praktek langsung dari Universitas Ciputra sementara mahasiswa dengan peralatan yang ada di tempat masing-masing, juga tetap dapat melakukan praktek.<\/p>\n<div class=\"w-gallery fit_cover wp_gallery type_grid (teknik membawa piring dengan 2-3 piring dalam satu tangan) yang dicontohkkan langsung oleh dosen melalui Zoom dan mahasiswa juga dapat praktek satu per satu, untuk juga bisa dibantu dimentor ketika pelayanan atau service procedures juga bisa dilakukan meski mahasiswa melakukannya dari tempat masing-masing. 2 mahasiswa akan dinilai dalam break-out room, agar dosen dapat mengamati dengan seksama
