Kelas ini bertemakan \u201cChicken Basic Cutting\u201d bersama <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Bapak <a href=\"http:\/\/cbz.uc.ac.id\/cb-people\/lecturers\/hari-minantyo-s-pd-m-m\/\">Hari Minantyo<\/a><\/strong><\/span> dimana mahasiswa dapat mendengarkan demo memasak dan langsung dapat memotong ayam dengan teknik yang benardalam kelompok kecil yaitu dua sampai tiga orang saja.
