Chef Haryanto mengadakan praktek langsung mengenai cara pembuatan <em>puff pastry<\/em>, <em>croisant<\/em> dan <em>danish<\/em>. Pada hari minggu ini para mahasiswa melakukan demo atau duplikasi terhadap jenis <em>puff pastry<\/em> yang dibuat oleh Chef Haryanto namun pada minggu depannya lagi, \u00a0mereka juga akan membuat jenis <em>puff pastry<\/em> yang sama namun sudah diinovasikan. Banyak tips-tips rahasia dalam pengolahan adonan <em>puff<\/em> yang dibagikan oleh Chef Hari kepada para mahasiswa CB.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teknik pengolahan adonan <em>puff<\/em> tersebut antara lain dengan menyemprotkan air daripada mengoleskan telur pada adonan puff. Pada suhu tertentu telur akan lebih cepat matang dibandingkan dengan adonan.
