Beliau adalah <strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Ibu Elsye Walla<\/span> <\/strong>dan <strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Ibu Meike Berilah<\/span><\/strong>. Beliau memberi demo masak bertempat di<strong> <span style=\"color: #800080;\">Live Action Laboratory<\/span><\/strong> yang nantinya akan diduplikasi oleh para mahasiswa<em><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mau tau gimana serunya berseni kuliner dari daerah Manado? <em>Check it out<\/em>&#8230;.!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>12 Oktober 2012 (Kue Kerawang &amp; Ikan Woku)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kue Kerawang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jenis kuliner ini masuk dalam kategori kue kering. Nama \u201cKerawang\u201d diambil dari nama bunga khas daerah Manado. Awalnya, bunga Kerawang diduplikasi di baju oleh komunitas ibu rumah tangga. Namun seiring perkembangannya, bunga Kerawang mulai diduplikasi di permukaan kue kering sebagai hiasan dengan cara melukis menggunakan <em>piping bag<\/em> yang berisi cairan gula halus berwarna-warni. Kebayang kan gimana sensasinya melukis bunga Kerawang di permukaan kue kering? Sebelumnya, para mahasiswa mencari dan memilih motif batik yang akan dijadikan hiasan di permukaan kue kering dan mulai beradu karya menuangkan kreativitas masing-masing. Hasilnya..Wow..! Motif batik pun <em>move on<\/em> <em>cookies<\/em>. Sesuai dengan ciri khas masakan Manado yang pedas, maka masakan Ikan Woku pun memiliki ciri rasa yang pedas dengan menggunakan 25 buah cabai kecil. Keunikan kuliner yang satu ini adalah pada proses memasaknya. Para mahasiswa menerapkan seni cara memasak yang dilakukan dengan membakar ikan di atas api menggunakan cobek. Dan hasilnya pun.. <em>Yummy!<\/em> Aroma khas yang dikeluarkan benar-benar aroma khas tradisional. Beberapa mahasiswa <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>Culinary Business <\/em><\/span>sempat menginterpretasikan bahwa Panada sejenis bahkan sama dengan Pastel. Memang dalam seni membuat pinggirannya, Panada dan Pastel memiliki kesamaan. Namun, dari segi isi dan tekstur kulitnya sangat berbeda. Awalnya, para mahasiswa membuat isi Panada dengan ikan tongkol dan beberapa bumbu. Mereka dengan enjoy namun tetap fokus memasak ayam yang dimasukkan dalam potongan bambu berukuran besar yang kemudian dimasak menggunakan tungku.
