Sebagai pebisnis di bidang kuliner, kegiatan kecil yang bisa mendukung program ramah lingkungan dapat dilakukan sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kurangi penggunaan struk fisik. Selain mengurangi penggunaan kertas, penggunaan struk digital akan sangat membantu agar bisnis dapat mendukung ramah lingkungan.<\/li>\n<li>Kemasan ramah lingkungan, semakin banyak bisnis yang beralih ke kemasan ramah lingkungan, mulai dari pengurangan kemasan plastik yang tidak food grade, penggunaan kemasan yang bisa didaur ulang dan sejenisnya.<\/li>\n<li>Daur ulang sampah, beberapa bisnis mulai bekerjasama dengan mitra lainnya untuk menjual minyak jelantah kepada penjual yang dipercaya dan penggunaan sampah kering untuk didaur ulang.<\/li>\n<li>Kurangi penggunaan tisue dan sedotan plastik. Kalau konsumen memang benar-benar membutuhkan sedotan, cobalah untuk menyediakan sedotan yang dapat dicuci dan dipakai kembali.<\/li>\n<li>Menggunakan produk organik, . menjadi hal yang bisa dipertimbangkan mengingat produk tersebut cenderung mudah diuraikan, sehingga tak akan mencemari lingkungan.
