Berikut ini beberapa hal mengenai konsep atau gerakan slow food ini.<\/p>\n<p>Konsep Slow Food ini terkesan sederhana. Kita diajak kembali ke pola makan yang alami. Caranya, menghindari menyantap <em>fast food<\/em>, biasakan menyantap makanan yang proses masaknya lama, bahan makanannya organik, serta cara mengunyah makanan yang lama agar mudah dicerna. Bila pola ini disiplin dijalankan, kita tidak hanya terhindar dari obesitas, tetapi juga badan lebih sehat dan bugar.<\/p>\n<p>Slogan yang diusung gerakan Slow Food adalah <em>clean<\/em>, <em>safe<\/em>, dan <em>fair food<\/em>. Sementara itu, logonya memakai simbol siput. Tujuan-nya, untuk menggambarkan semangat yang tidak ingin makan dalam kondisi terburu-buru agar nutrisi dapat diserap tubuh secara optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Konsep Slow Food menawarkan gaya hidup yang jauh lebih sehat dibandingkan fast food. Bukan hanya soal makanan, konsep bergerak lambat juga mencakup pola pikir yang lebih rileks dan tidak terburu-buru, sehingga pikiran tidak mudah stres dan badan pun tetap segar.<\/p>\n<p>Slow Food adalah sebuah pilihan. Pilihan untuk kembali hidup lebih sehat denganpola dan makanan yang sehat.
