Meskipun keduanya memiliki beberapa kesamaan dalam hal bentuk dan bahan utama, mereka memiliki perbedaan yang mencolok dalam cita rasa dan cara penyajian. Artikel ini akan membandingkan bakso dan bakwan dalam hal asal-usul, bahan, cita rasa, serta popularitas dan penerimaan di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Asal usul<\/strong>. Bakso adalah hidangan bola daging yang berasal dari pengaruh kuliner Tiongkok dan kemudian mengalami akulturasi dengan cita rasa Indonesia. Sementara itu, bakwan merupakan hidangan fritter atau gorengan yang juga memiliki pengaruh asing, terutama dari kuliner Tiongkok.
