Bumbu dasar adalah kunci utama dalam menciptakan cita rasa autentik masakan Indonesia. Inilah beberapa bumbu dasar Indonesia yang menjadi rahasia kelezatan masakan Nusantara.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Bawang Merah dan Bawang Putih. <\/strong>Bawang merah dan bawang putih adalah bumbu dasar paling umum yang hampir selalu ada dalam setiap masakan Indonesia. Bawang merah memberikan cita rasa manis dan aroma khas, sedangkan bawang putih memberikan rasa gurih dan khasnya yang khas. Kedua bawang ini biasanya digunakan sebagai bahan utama dalam tumisan awal sebelum ditambahkan bahan lainnya.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cabai. <\/strong>Cabai adalah bumbu yang memberikan rasa pedas pada masakan Indonesia. Tersedia dalam berbagai variasi, dari yang hanya sedikit pedas hingga yang sangat pedas. Cabai digunakan untuk memberikan sensasi panas dan meningkatkan cita rasa dalam masakan. Selain itu, cabai juga kaya akan vitamin C dan antioksidan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kemiri. <\/strong>Kemiri adalah bumbu yang sering digunakan untuk menghasilkan saus dan bumbu kacang. Lengkuas juga memiliki sifat antiinflamasi dan antimikroba, sehingga memberikan manfaat kesehatan pada masakan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daun Jeruk Purut dan Daun Salam. <\/strong>Daun jeruk purut dan daun salam adalah bumbu dasar daun yang memberikan aroma khas pada masakan Indonesia. Daun jeruk purut memberikan aroma segar yang khas, sementara daun salam memberikan rasa khas yang harum. Keduanya sering digunakan dalam masakan seperti rendang, gulai, dan sup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ketumbar dan Jintan. <\/strong>Ketumbar dan jintan adalah bumbu dasar biji-bijian yang memberikan rasa khas dan aroma pada masakan.
