Jajanan pasar ini dahulu sering kita melihat dan kita jumpai hanya dipasar saja, namun semakin berkembangnya teknologi internet yang dimana banyak sekali mempublishkan resep-resep maupun pengalaman memasak melalui blog maupun tim redaksi maupun juga Vlog, maka semakin banyak pula kita menjumpai orang orang yang dapat membuat jajanan tradisional tersebut maupun dalam bentuk original aupun yang sudah di kreasikan. Bukti dari masih eksisnya jajanan tradisional ini, bisa kita lihat dimana orang orang berjualan pada bazar market, acara pernikahan, bahkan pada hotel bintang 5 pun mereka menjual dan menyuguhkan berbagai macam jajanan tradisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"http:\/\/cbz.uc.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_7753.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3630 \" src=\"http:\/\/cbz.uc.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_7753.jpg\" alt=\"img_7753\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/cbz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_7753.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/cbz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_7753-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada kali ini Mahasiswa <em>Culinary Business<\/em> (CBz) Universitas Ciputra kembali mengundang Chef Haryanto Makmoer, yaitu Technical Chef dari PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia untuk praktek langsung mengenai mata kuliah <em>Hospitality Business Operation <\/em>yang diadakan pada Sabtu 8 oktober 2016 di Culinary Studio Universitas Ciputra. Dan pada kali ini juga Chef Haryanto Makmoer mengajarkan pada Mahasiswa <em>Culinary Business<\/em> (CBz) cara membuat jajanan tradisional, dimana jajanan tersebut dapat di inovasi dan juga layak di jual dengan harga tinggi.
