Acara tersebut berfokus di minuman beralkohol dan cara membuat berbagai <em>cocktail<\/em>. Pembicara acara mixology adalah Bapak <a href=\"http:\/\/cbz.uc.ac.id\/cb-people\/lecturers\/edwin-ervanto-soelistyo-s-e-m-m\/\">Edwin Ervanto Soelistyo<\/a>, salah satu dosen di Program\u00a0<em>Culinary Business<\/em>, dan dibantu oleh dua anggota Trial, yaitu Nabila Aprilia dan Natasya Santosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"http:\/\/cbz.uc.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1489419078643.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3736 \" src=\"http:\/\/cbz.uc.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1489419078643-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"1489419078643\" width=\"551\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/cbz\/2017\/03\/1489419078643-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/cbz\/2017\/03\/1489419078643-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/cbz\/2017\/03\/1489419078643-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/cbz\/2017\/03\/1489419078643-255x170.jpg 255w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/cbz\/2017\/03\/1489419078643-20x13.jpg 20w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pendaftaran mulai dibuka pada pukul 10 pagi dan acara dimulai sekitar pukul 10.15. Setelah menandatangani absen, peserta mendapatkan lembaran resep minuman yang akan dipraktekkan dan sebotol Cleo sebelum memasuki ruangan. Pertama-tama, Nabila memperkenalkan pembicara kepada para peserta. Lalu, Pak Edwin menjelaskan mengenai rasa, jenis-jenis minuman alkohol \u2013 seperti <em>liqueur<\/em>, <em>whiskey, <\/em>etc. \u2013 dan membuat beberapa minuman untuk dicoba oleh peserta. Setelah selesai menjelaskan, beliau mengajak peserta untuk maju ke depan dan mencoba membuat beberapa minuman berdasarkan resep yang telah didapatkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3737 \" src=\"http:\/\/cbz.uc.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1489419096871-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"1489419096871\" width=\"551\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/cbz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1489419096871-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/cbz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1489419096871-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peserta yang maju ke depan terlihat semangat untuk mencoba membuat minuman dengan dipandu oleh pembicara dan panitia. Setelah selesai membuat minuman, peserta\u00a0membawa minuman kembali ke meja masing-masing dan meminumnya. Sementara peserta yang lain menunggu giliran, panitia membagikan <em>brownies <\/em>sebagai cemilan.
