Keenam bumbu tersebut diawali dengan huruf K, yaitu: Kencur, Ketumbar, Kunyit, Kelabat, Kluwek dan Kecombrang. Pemilihan keenam bumbu berawalan huruf K bukan tanpa alasan, karena di akhir presentasi akan dihubungkan dengan ide besar yakni : <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>KREATIVITAS <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(huruf depannya juga K).<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>3 topik besar yang dijabarkan dalam <em>workshop <\/em>kali ini adalah: Leveraging Creativity, <em>Entrepreneurism <\/em>dan <em>Food is Culture<\/em>. Pentingnya kesadaran untuk mengangkat budaya Indonesia yang begitu kaya akan makanan tradisional serta bumbu-bumbu yang sangat kaya mendorong Lisa mengadakan sebuah gerakan bernama <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Underground Secret Dining<\/strong><\/span> (<span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>USD<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"http:\/\/cb.ciputra.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Creative-Indonesian-Food-Culture-Business-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-719\" title=\"Creative Indonesian Food Culture Business-2\" src=\"http:\/\/cb.ciputra.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Creative-Indonesian-Food-Culture-Business-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/cbz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Creative-Indonesian-Food-Culture-Business-2.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/cbz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Creative-Indonesian-Food-Culture-Business-2-300x95.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">USD merupakan gerakkan mengangkat warisan makanan Indonesia dengan konsep utamanya: <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Secret<\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">dimana peserta akan mengalami kejutan terkait menu yang rahasia, tempat yang rahasia, lokasi yang rahasia serta beberapa hal yang tentunya bersifat rahasia. Konsep lainnya yaitu <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Underground<\/strong><\/span>, dimana peserta diajak untuk menengok dan dikenalkan kembali pada menu tradisional yang bahkan sudah hampir punah atau banyak yang orang tidak tau.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Di akhir <em>workshop, <\/em>Lisa mengajak setiap mahasiswa melihat tulisan yang ada pada setiap bangku mahasiswa. Ada 6 bahan makanan yang di awal sudah dikenalkan. Mahasiswa diminta untuk membentuk kelompok berdasarkan 6 nama bahan makanan tersebut. Mahasiswa diminta untuk memikirkan suatu ide konsep bisnis berdasarkan bahan yang menjadi nama kelompok.
