- The scholarship is offered for all High School and Vocational School alumni who have graduated for 2 years, at most. (Graduating High School or Vocational School in 2022)
- The Academic Potential Test is waived if the applicant possesses an UTBK score from 2021-2023 (If the applicant did not take the UTBK test, then the applicant must take the Academic Potential Test).
- Amount of Scholarship granted depends on lowest score between the report card and the Academic Potential Test.
- If the report card and Academic potential test scores do not meet the cut off criteria, then the Gap Year Scholarship cannot be applied to the applicant.
- This scholarship is valid for all study programs, except for the Medical Faculty (MED).
