General qualifications for lecturers in all fields:
- Minimum education of a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and a Doctoral degree for Doctoral-level Management
- Doctoral degree in a field relevant to the study program
- Holds a functional academic rank of at least Assistant Professor/Associate Professor
- Experience working in educational institutions or industries related to the study program

B. Full-Time Non-Lecturer Positions in the following fields:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems or Visual Communication Design
- Experienced in creating web and mobile application designs, as well as content for websites and social media
- Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Good understanding of English
Qualifications:
- Male/female, aged 25-40 years
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in administration or other relevant field
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience in support/service-related work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
Qualifications:
- Experience using SDLC methods in building web applications using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery
- Experience building OOP in PHP
- Experience with web developer tools in the latest browsers (such as Firebug) for client-side debugging
- Experience building mobile apps, preferably using Flutter
- Experience using MySQL as the database engine in SDLC methods
- Experience optimizing and using queries for large-scale data
