DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Institution Leaders

Rector (Rektor):

  • Leading the implementation of education, research, and community service by developing lecturers, educational staff, students, and the environment.
  • Leading the implementation of education, research, and community service by implementing regulations, rules, and benchmarks for general academic activities.
  • Supervising the implementation of quality assurance at UC.
  • Creating the University Development Master Plan or University Strategic Plan based on University Senate general policy consisting of UC goals and targets for the next 4 years.
  • Creating and presenting periodic reports to the University Senate and the Foundation regarding the growth of UC.
  • Appointing and dismissing leaders in the organization
  • Establishing, dissoluting, and/or combining faculties managing and running one or more study programs and other academic executor as seen fit, on the agreement of the University Senate
  • Handling cases of violations of academic ethics, such as plagiarism, and violations of other rules that can defame UC should the violations are committed by lecturers or education staff.

Academic Director (Vice Rector of Academics):

  • Leading the implementation of education and teaching, and the implementation of activities in the field of coaching and student welfare services
  • Together with the Rector, formulating a University Development Master Plan or University Strategic Plan based on the University Senate general policy that consists of UC goals and targets for the next 4 years.
  • To control the quality of academic outcomes.
  • To create UC annual work plans and budgets in the academic field.
  • To develop lecturers and students.

Operational Director (Vice Rector of Operations):

  • Leading the implementation of activities in the fields of marketing, finance, personnel / human resources, infrastructure, and general administration.
  • Together with the Rector, formulating a University Development Master Plan or University Strategic Plan based on the University Senate general policy that consists of UC goals and targets for the next 4 years.
  • Creating UC annual work plans and budgets in the operational field.
  • Developing academic staff and other staff groups as set by UC.
  • Maintaining the financial bookkeeping for UC.

 Cooperation and Development Director (Vice Rector of Development and Cooperation):

  • Leading the research and community service.
  • Forming cooperation with external institutions, both national and international.
  • Together with the Rector, formulating a University Development Master Plan or University Strategic Plan based on the University Senate general policy that consists of UC goals and targets for the next 4 years.
  • Creating UC annual work plans and budgets in the cooperation and development field.

University Senate

University Senate:

  • Formulating academic policies and policies on UC development.
  • Formulating Academic Achievement and Mastery scoring policy as well as the personality of the civitas academica.
  • Formulating norms and benchmarks for the administration of education.
  • Providing consideration and approval of the UC Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan submitted by the Rector.
  • Assessing the Rector’s responsibility for the policies that have been set.
  • Formulating regulations on the implementation of academic freedom, academic pulpit freedom, and scientific autonomy at UC.
  • Giving approval for the proposed establishment, dissolution, and / or merging of faculties, study programs, centers of excellence, and other policy proposals.
  • Giving approval in the case where the Rector makes normative decisions and other important strategic policies.

Executor of Academic Activities

Faculty (Fakultas):

  • Developing Faculty Development Plans or Strategic Plans based on University Development Master Plan or University Strategic Plan.
  • Develop a work plan and annual budget for the faculty.
  • Leading the implementation of education, research, and community service based on regulations, rules and benchmarks for the implementation of UC academic activities.
  • Together with the Head and Deputy Head of the Study Program, compile the study program curriculum based on related academic rules and regulations, and the vision and mission of the UC.
  • Give consideration to the Rector in developing lecturers, education staff, and students in the faculty.
  • Fostering relationships with alumni, the faculty, and the general public.
  • Creating and submitting periodic reports to the Vice Rector of Academics.
  • Proposing the appointment of the head of the study program to the Rector.
  • Delegating the implementation of the duties of the Dean to the heads of the study programs under the faculty.
  • Proposing the establishment and dissolution, and / or merger of academic study programs to the Rector.

Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Humanities

  • Organizing and managing cross-study entrepreneurship education at the university level.
  • Organizing and managing cross-study personality-forming general courses at the university level.
  • Developing Entrepreneurship Education at the university level.

Study Program (Program Studi)

  • Developing a work plan and annual budget for the study program.
  • Leading the implementation of education, research, community service based on regulations, rules, and benchmarks for the implementation of UC academic activities.
  • Creating curriculum of study programs based on related academic rules and regulations, as well as UC vision and mission.
  • Giving consideration to the Rector regarding coaching lecturers, education staff, and students in the study program.

  • Providing literature sources for academic activities.
  • Planning and implement procurement of literature sources for each study program.
  • Providing service and access to students to literature sources owned by UC.

Finance and Accounting

  • Performing bookkeeping activities for UC.
  • Monitor and evaluate budgets and their use.
  • Performing student financial administration.

Property Management

  • Managing UC assets and buildings.
  • Palling and implementing facilities and infrastructure in accordance with needs.
  • Performing administration and maintenance on UC assets and buildings.

Information and Communication Technology

  • Developing information and communication technology to meet UC needs.
  • Developing and implementing information and communication technology to support academic and operational activities at UC.
  • Providing facilities related to information and communication technology in accordance with needs.

Human Capital Management

  • Managing human capitals.
  • Planning and implementing trainings needed for the improvement of academic staff competence.

  • Managing cooperations with foreign institutions.

Quality Assurance

 Quality Assurance

  • Developing and establishing an Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) that controls the quality of the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education
  • Facilitating the assignment of pool of auditors and coordinating the internal audits of IQAS implementation.
  • Reporting the results of IQAS internal audit to the Rector.
  • Providing advice and recommendations to the Rector on the results of the audit.
  • Monitoring and coordinating the follow-up of internal and external audit results.

Tridharma Planning and Development Unit

Teaching & Learning Center (Center of Education and Instructional Activity Development)

  • Providing Coaching service to lecturers.
  • Planning and organizing training for lecturers to improve pedagogical competence.
  • Assisting Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Faculties, and Study Programs in developing curriculum based on related academic rules and regulations, as well as UC vision and mission.
  • Developing learning process standards.

Business Incubator

  • Fostering businesses initiated by students.
  • Planning and organizing programs and trainings to develop (scale-up) student businesses. Providing quality mentors to guide students.

Research & Publication

  • Managing UC research.
  • Coordinating and organizing research activities.
  • Integrating research in the field of entrepreneurship with the fields of science, technology, arts, and culture.
  • Increasing the quantity and quality of published research results and / or the acquisition of IPR.
