Awarded to high school students who register to become prospective students at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya who have achievements in academic and non-academic fields and become winners/champions at the provincial, national, and international levels.

Submit a letter of application.
Submit photocopies of certificates/achievement certificates to pmb@ciputra.ac.id
