Pada Jumat, 14 November 2025<\/strong>, delapan kelompok bisnis mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra (UC) mendapatkan kesempatan berharga untuk memperoleh mentoring langsung dari Harun Hajadi<\/strong>, seorang entrepreneur senior sekaligus Direktur PT Ciputra Development Tbk<\/strong>. Kegiatan eksklusif ini berlangsung di kediaman beliau dalam suasana hangat dan dialogis, memungkinkan mahasiswa belajar langsung dari pengalaman nyata salah satu tokoh penting dalam dunia bisnis Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Pembelajaran Langsung dari Praktisi Berpengalaman<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dalam sesi mentoring tersebut, para mahasiswa membawa produk bisnis mereka masing-masing dan melakukan pitching langsung di hadapan Harun Hajadi<\/strong>. Proses pitching disusul dengan diskusi mendalam mengenai strategi bisnis, manajemen keuangan, serta arah pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n

Bisnis Berkelanjutan & Pentingnya Penguasaan Struktur Biaya<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Selain integritas, Harun Hajadi<\/strong> juga menekankan pentingnya memahami cost structure<\/strong> atau struktur biaya dalam menjalankan bisnis. Entrepreneur yang memahami dengan jelas biaya operasional, biaya bahan baku, serta margin keuntungan, akan memiliki dasar kuat untuk membuat keputusan strategis dan memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis.<\/p>\n

Harun juga mengajak mahasiswa untuk mulai memikirkan strategi scale-up<\/strong>, sehingga bisnis tidak hanya berhenti pada tahap rintisan, tetapi mampu berkembang, memperluas pasar, dan memberi dampak positif yang lebih luas.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan ini turut didampingi oleh Bu Christina<\/strong> dari Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (ENT) dan Bu Mitha<\/strong> dari Program Studi Teknologi Pangan. Keduanya berperan memberikan arahan dan refleksi tambahan agar mahasiswa dapat memahami masukan dari Harun secara lebih komprehensif.<\/p>\n

Sesi mentoring ini diikuti oleh kelompok bisnis mahasiswa yang juga berpartisipasi dalam SIAL Interfood 2025<\/strong>, sebuah ajang internasional yang mempertemukan pelaku industri makanan dan minuman dari berbagai negara. Partisipasi mahasiswa UC dalam ajang tersebut menjadi bukti nyata komitmen kampus dalam mendorong mahasiswa berkreasi, berkolaborasi, dan menghadirkan inovasi industri pangan.<\/p>\n

Menguatkan Pendekatan Experiential Learning Universitas Ciputra<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kegiatan mentoring bersama Harun Hajadi<\/strong> ini merupakan bagian dari pendekatan experiential learning<\/strong> UC, di mana mahasiswa diajak belajar melalui pengalaman langsung bersama para praktisi dan entrepreneur profesional. On Friday, November 14, 2025<\/strong>, eight student business groups from Universitas Ciputra (UC) received an exclusive opportunity to join a private mentoring session with Harun Hajadi<\/strong>, a seasoned entrepreneur and Director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk<\/strong>. The session took place at his residence in an intimate and interactive setting, allowing students to learn directly from his real-world entrepreneurial experience.<\/p>\n

Insightful Learning from a Leading Entrepreneur<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During the session, the participating students presented their business products and pitched their ideas directly to Harun Hajadi<\/strong>. This was followed by deep discussions on business development strategies, financial management, and long-term growth planning.<\/p>\n

The students gained crucial insights on refining their products, understanding competitive advantages, improving internal processes, and strengthening their marketing approaches. Harun provided detailed, experience-based advice that students could immediately apply to their ventures.<\/p>\n

Harun also highlighted the necessity of mastering the cost structure<\/strong> of a business. Entrepreneurs who understand their operational costs, production costs, and profit margins will be more capable of making sound, strategic decisions for sustainable growth.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, he encouraged the students to think about scaling up strategies<\/strong>, ensuring that their businesses can grow beyond the initial stages and have a larger impact on society.<\/p>\n

Guided by Faculty from ENT and Food Technology<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The mentoring session was accompanied by Christina<\/strong> from Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (ENT) and Mitha<\/strong> from the Food Technology study program. They supported the students by helping them reflect on Harun\u2019s insights and contextualize the advice for their ongoing business projects.<\/p>\n

The participating student groups are also involved in SIAL Interfood 2025<\/strong>, an international exhibition connecting food and beverage industry players from multiple countries. Their involvement demonstrates UC\u2019s strong commitment to nurturing innovative young entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
