Mereka awalnya mencoba membuat keripik berbahan stroberi, nanas, dan jagung, sebelum akhirnya terinspirasi untuk mengangkat cita rasa lokal Indonesia melalui <strong data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2112\">keripik sayur asem\u2014hidangan rumahan Nusantara yang segar, asam, dan unik<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2522\">Berbeda dari keripik pada umumnya, produk d\u2019Vincy dibuat <strong data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2194\">tanpa penggorengan<\/strong>. Seluruh sayuran seperti labu siam, jagung, dan kubis dikukus hingga lunak, kemudian dihaluskan dan dicampur dengan oat, gula Jawa, serta bumbu sayur asem. Adonan kemudian dicetak dan dikeringkan pada suhu rendah menggunakan oven dehydrator selama 20 jam sehingga menghasilkan keripik yang ringan, renyah, dan tetap bernutrisi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2674\">Satu kemasan 20 gram hanya mengandung sekitar <strong data-start=\"2570\" data-end=\"2587\">20 kilokalori<\/strong>, menjadikannya alternatif ideal bagi masyarakat yang ingin ngemil tanpa rasa bersalah.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2674\"><strong data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2748\">Dilirik Juri Internasional: Cita Rasa Lokal yang Mendunia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"3052\">Keunikan konsep, proses pengolahan tanpa minyak, dan pengangkatan cita rasa Nusantara membuat keripik sayur asem ini memikat perhatian juri internasional. Produk ini berhasil melaju ke <strong data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"2960\">Top 4 SIAL Innovation<\/strong>, mengungguli peserta dari berbagai negara seperti Korea, Malaysia, Filipina, dan Singapura.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3054\" data-end=\"3289\">Menurut Kaprodi Teknologi Pangan UC, <strong data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3133\">Mitha Ayu Pratama Handjo, S.T.P., M.Sc<\/strong>, pemilihan sayur sebagai bahan dasar keripik memberi nilai plus yang kuat karena menawarkan keaslian rasa sekaligus kandungan nutrisi yang tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"3290\" data-end=\"3420\">\n<p data-start=\"3292\" data-end=\"3420\">\u201cInovasi ini menjadi langkah awal bagi mahasiswa untuk mengeksplorasi potensi makanan Indonesia,\u201d ujarnya dalam wawancara media.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3640\">Juri menilai bahwa penggunaan bahan lokal yang diolah menjadi snack sehat adalah tren global yang kian diminati. Inovasi ini menunjukkan bahwa pangan Indonesia memiliki peluang besar untuk menembus pasar internasional.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4375\" data-end=\"4614\">Produk <em data-start=\"4382\" data-end=\"4407\">d\u2019Vincy Snack Oat Chips<\/em> saat ini berhasil dijual melalui media sosial dengan sistem pre-order seharga Rp25.000 per kemasan. Sejak diluncurkan pada Oktober 2025, permintaan terus meningkat hingga mencapai ratusan kemasan per bulan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4375\" data-end=\"4614\">Selain menghadirkan alternatif snack rendah kalori bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tim mahasiswi UC ini juga menargetkan pasar wisatawan mancanegara yang ingin mencicipi cita rasa Nusantara dalam bentuk modern. Produk ini berpotensi menjadi souvenir kuliner khas Indonesia yang sehat, ringan, dan mudah dibawa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4974\" data-end=\"5152\">Dari keberhasilan di SIAL Innovation ini, tim d\u2019Vincy kini tengah mempersiapkan pendaftaran paten dan pengembangan lebih banyak varian keripik sayuran dan buah Nusantara lainnya.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4974\" data-end=\"5152\"><strong data-start=\"5165\" data-end=\"5216\">Mewujudkan \u201cCreating World Class Entrepreneurs\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3923\">Keikutsertaan inovasi mahasiswa ini dalam SIAL Interfood 2025 tidak lepas dari dukungan <strong data-start=\"3821\" data-end=\"3882\">Departemen Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (ENT)<\/strong> Universitas Ciputra. At <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"724\">SIAL Innovation \u2013 SIAL Interfood Jakarta 2025<\/strong>, one of the most prestigious international food innovation competitions, three Food Technology students achieved significant recognition by earning a spot in the <strong data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"917\">Top 4 SIAL Innovation 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1380\">Their product\u2014<strong data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"972\">oil-free vegetable sour soup chips<\/strong>, commercially known as <em data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1021\">d\u2019Vincy Snack Oat Chips<\/em>\u2014captured the attention of judges for its creativity, health benefits, and strong representation of Indonesian culinary identity. This achievement reflects not only their scientific understanding but also their entrepreneurial capability nurtured through the support of the <strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1356\">Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (ENT) Department<\/strong> of Universitas Ciputra.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1380\"><strong data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1457\">Turning Indonesian Comfort Food Into a Healthy, Modern Snack<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1910\">The innovative vegetable sour soup chips were developed by <strong data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1583\">Melvina Tjian, Devina Angela Tanurahardja, and Cindy Kristina<\/strong>, students of the Food Technology Program. Their idea originated from simple experimentation in their early development stages. After trying ingredients like strawberry, pineapple, and corn, they were inspired to elevate a familiar Indonesian dish\u2014<strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1845\">sayur asem<\/strong>\u2014into a unique snack format that resonates with modern consumers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"2274\">Unlike conventional chips, <em data-start=\"1939\" data-end=\"1948\">d\u2019Vincy<\/em> products are created <strong data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"1988\">without frying<\/strong>. Vegetables such as chayote, corn, and cabbage are steamed, pur\u00e9ed, mixed with oats, Javanese palm sugar, and sour soup seasoning, before being shaped and dehydrated for over 20 hours at low temperature.
