Baik dalam skala organisasi, perusahaan, maupun institusi pemerintah, komunikasi yang tepat saat krisis dapat menentukan keberlangsungan dan citra entitas di mata masyarakat.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"557\"><strong>Pengertian<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"920\">Komunikasi krisis adalah proses penyampaian informasi yang cepat, jelas, dan strategis saat terjadi situasi darurat atau kondisi tidak terduga yang berpotensi merusak reputasi atau mengganggu operasional.
