Poster
Criteria:
- Title of the poster should be adjusted to the selected scope out of the 12 available scopes.
- Types of posters being contested are scientific posters.
- Posters are submitted in digital form of PDF/JPG with dimensions of 60 cm x 120 cm.
- Posters are printed and presented using x banners with dimensions of 60 cm x 120 cm.
- Posters should not contain elements of racism, discrimination and pornography.
- Submitted posters should include informations of the participant’s name, participant’s instance and the poster title.
- Posters should contain logos of Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, CoFFEE and the participant’s university.
- Participants are free to choose what application will be used to make the poster, but it is recommended to use a computer such as CorelDraw, Photoshop, Canva, and similar applications.

Paper Selection Procedures

All manuscripts that have been collected will be selected by the scientific division and the relevant steering committees. Comments and suggestions will be provided to the authors for further improvement before further refinement of the manuscript. Acceptance of full manuscripts will be done in the last week of April.
Step 1 (Received)
Abstracts* / Full papers that have been received will later be classified on certain topics according to the topics allowed by the conference
Step 2 (Under Screening)
The screening will be carried out by the scientific division along with the assistance of several related lecturers. The screening includes relevance to the conference topic, plagiarism, paper format, quality of images/diagrams/illustrations/equations, and others.
Step 3 (Under Review)
Papers that have passed stage two will continue to be reviewed technically
Step 4 (Revision)
Corresponding author will be notified of the review process outcomes. The revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within 30 days on the date of intimation
Step 5 (Under Review)
The revised version of the paper will be sent to the reviewers to ensure that all revisions have been made correctly. If there are any minor revisions by the reviewer, the Scientific Division will recommend the decision to the Chief Organizer or other related parties
Step 6 (Accept / Reject)
The final decision will be taken by the chief organizer based on the recommendation from the reviewer/scientific division and the same will be informed to the relevant authors.
Step 7 (CRP Received / Not Received)
Status of the Camera Ready Paper after the acceptance.
Step 8: (REG Complete / Pending)
Status of the registration
NOTES:
# No paper will be accepted without screening review and technical review process
* Full length papers shall be submitted in order to consider the paper for the review process.
** Paper ID will be provided to all the received papers with in ONE working day from coffeeuc2023@gmail.com. Authors are requested to contact the scientific division through coffeeuc2023@gmail.com, If the paper ID had not received within the time frame.
