Yuanita Ratna Indudewi (Febe Yuanita) is a passionate Entrepreneurship Education Enthusiast and senior lecturer at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, where she has dedicated over 17 years to nurturing future business leaders. Her expertise lies in crafting innovative curricula, guiding student entrepreneurs, and facilitating the development of hundreds of startup ventures across diverse industries.

With a background in Financial Management and a Master’s degree in Corporate Entrepreneurship, Febe seamlessly blends theory and practice in her teaching approach. She specializes in delivering courses on International Business Management, Financial and Entrepreneurial Finance, Business Exploration, and Creativity & Innovation. She is also known for her dynamic facilitation in Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and Partnership Development.

Beyond academia, Febe is a creative entrepreneur herself. She is the founder of Tasty Art Shop, a long-running handmade felt accessories business, and currently serves as Creative Art Director at Twine and Cultured, where she combines artistic expression with business acumen.

Febe is also actively engaged in the entrepreneurship ecosystem through her work in UC Ventures Business Development, and she has collaborated with international institutions such as the British Council and Startup Campus. Her contributions to entrepreneurship education extend to published works, including co-authored chapters in national academic books and opinion pieces in major publications.
