Eagles Leadership Camp!
Leadership Camp is a time-honored tradition at IBM IC Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, integral to the entrepreneurial leadership subject. This unique event sees 6th-semester students design and execute leadership development activities for their 2nd-semester counterparts, offering practical experience in event management and mentorship for the seniors, while immersing the younger students in essential leadership and teamwork skills.
