From December 10th to December 20th, 2024, a group of talented students from Xin Zhong High School embarked on an exciting journey to explore university life at Universitas Ciputra (UC). The internship aimed to provide an immersive experience, enabling these young minds to get acquainted with academic culture, campus facilities, and a taste of university-level learning and activities. The participating students included:

Why are they in this program?
This internship was designed to bridge the gap between high school and university, helping students make informed decisions about their academic and career aspirations. Through a well-structured program, the students gained insights into the workings of a university, developed critical thinking skills, and interacted with professionals and faculty members.
The Highlight of the Internship Program
The internship kicked off with a warm welcome and university tour, introducing the students to UC’s facilities and student clubs. They then attended a motivational speech by Ms. Yuan and sessions with Mr. Adi, where they were introduced to their tasks and practiced data input. The third day emphasized self-paced learning as students explored UC’s library resources and reflected on their experiences, fostering independent learning.
The program’s later days included career exploration led by Mr. Calvin, who discussed career paths and introduced alumni to networking opportunities. Students also participated in a collaborative big class session called EVE, observed campus life, and attended a workshop on presentation skills. They also learn about leadership development, inspiring the students to embrace teamwork and initiative in future endeavors. Their final day of internship is about the overall internship reflection and getting the certificate of completion.
