Our Student Exchange program is designed to improve IBM-IC UC students’ intercultural competencies and expand their understanding of international business by exposing them to diverse academic perspectives from abroad.
We offer student exchange opportunities through our University partners and the IISMA program by the Indonesian government.

The Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) is a scholarship program initiated by the Indonesian government, offering financial support to Indonesian students pursuing mobility programs at prestigious universities and well-regarded industries abroad.

Participating in our Student Exchange program allows IBM-IC UC students to experience academic life at partner universities abroad while earning transferable academic credits. Through semester-long study, students gain deeper cross-cultural understanding, strengthen academic and language competencies, and adapt to diverse learning environments. The program also expands global networks, enhances independence and problem-solving skills, and equips students with international experience that adds strong value to their academic profile and future career prospects.
Besides IISMA, a scholarship from UC is available for a limited amount of students per-batch.
- English proficiency test (IELTS/TOEFL IBT)
- IELTS : overall 6.0 and above (with no band less than 5.5)
- TOEFL IBT (PBT or ITP are not accepted)
- Transcript CGPA ±3.25
- Passport
- Start preparation by Semester 3 & 4
- Pay tuition fee to partner university and only pay SKS fee at UC for course conversion
