With a deep passion for business and marketing strategy, Felicia has carved her path as a Business Analyst at one of the largest global supply chain companies, headquartered in South Jakarta. Her role focuses on providing logistics solutions for export and import processes, bridging data-driven insights with actionable business strategies.<\/p>

Felicia\u2019s keen interest in strategic planning and analysis began during her internship journey through the MSIB program. This experience introduced her to the world of data analytics, where she first discovered her fascination with numbers, tools, and turning raw data into meaningful business action plans. That realization set the foundation for her professional aspirations in the field of business analysis.<\/p>

Beyond academics, Felicia actively participated in various university initiatives. She was deeply engaged in social activities, volunteering for events such as Bedug on the Road<\/em> and Secret Santa<\/em>, where she helped foster awareness and support for social tolerance and community assistance. Her dedication to knowledge-sharing led her to serve as both a lecturer\u2019s assistant and a research assistant, where she honed her analytical skills and explored new tools to enhance her expertise. These enriching experiences provided her with valuable networks, unwavering support, and the confidence to step out of her comfort zone.<\/p>

Her work as a Business Analyst involves handling monthly performance reports for the Philippines-Indonesia Cluster, conducting in-depth market research, and analyzing opportunities within key vertical markets, including Electric Vehicle (EV) automobility. She thrives on tracking industry developments, collaborating with international teams, and uncovering fresh insights to drive business growth.<\/p>
