William was recognized in the Industry, Manufacturing &amp; Energy category for his work as co-founder of <strong data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"828\">Hyoshii Farm<\/strong>, an agri-biotech company addressing the challenges of tropical fruit cultivation in Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1349\">Founded in <strong data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"944\">2021<\/strong> by William and his brother <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"989\">James Rayawan<\/strong>, alongside their college friend <strong data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1037\">Anthony Lee<\/strong>, Hyoshii Farm develops <strong data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1134\">strawberry seeds specifically suited for Indonesia\u2019s tropical climate<\/strong>. Their strawberries \u2014 marketed as comparable in sweetness to imported varieties but more cost-effective \u2014 are sold in premium supermarkets and distributed to bakeries and food service businesses across the country.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1682\">In addition to operating its own farm, Hyoshii engages directly with local farmers, supplying them with seeds and purchasing their harvests \u2014 building a collaborative ecosystem that supports both product quality and rural livelihoods. In <strong data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1603\">March 2024<\/strong>, the company announced <strong data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1647\">pre-seed funding<\/strong> to further develop its operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"2042\">William\u2019s recognition by Forbes is a significant milestone that reflects both entrepreneurial innovation and social impact \u2014 values deeply embedded in the educational approach at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
