Deskripsi Bisnis : J’ Atelier is a Surabaya based architecture and interior design studio founded in May, 2020. The name of J’ Atelier itself is taken from English, “J” is the initial of the founder of this business, namely Janet and “Atelier” means a studio which when combined means my own studio. J’ Atelier typically concentrates in private residences, resorts, hotels, offices, and other commercial building. Each of our design aims to meet the unique needs of evert customer, subsequently leading us to a remarkable design and at the same time and also responsibly contextual to the green design or sustainability design cost efficient, and up to date to technology.

Deskripsi TA : Kalimaka Hotel is a 3 star hotel type accommodation which is located on Jalan Karang Mas no. 99, Jimbaran, Bali. This project is designed in a contemporary-traditional design style that applies green design principles with a blend with traditional Balinese designs, which are designed and built based on local wisdom, attracting foreign tourists so that it becomes an important thing to observe. The local wisdom of Tri Hita Karana, is revealed in the Kalimaka Hotel project for its preservation. The Tri Hita Karana philosophy itself is applied from the architectural -interior form aspect and function aspect. In addition, the form of Tri Hita Karana in Kalimaka Hotel itself is divided into three, namely the first in the spiritual aspect in the form of a temple on the North East side of the site, a building in the style of traditional Balinese architecture, then for the second form in the natural aspect in the form of designing a comfortable, beautiful and safe environment that supports users to interact, and the last form in the social aspect in the form of structuring buildings in accordance with ground conditions, natural elements that can be enjoyed from each position, building materials arranged according to the laws of nature. The, for the green design principle that is applied, it also adjusts the rules of the green design new building assessment guide book which has been made by the GBCI.
