Ciputra University’s Faculty of Communication and Media Business Holds Seminar on Big Data, AI, and Public Relations
INDOZONE.ID – The Faculty of Communication and Media Business at Ciputra University (UC) today held a seminar titled “The Power of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence in Public Relations and Digital Content,” attended by more than 200 participants.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Faculty of Communication and Media Business at Ciputra University and NoLimit and Miri Canvas from South Korea.
This MoU covers education, research, and community service, with the aim of strengthening collaboration in the development of technology-based communication and digital media.
The seminar featured two expert speakers in the fields of technology and communication: NoLimit CEO, Dr Aqsath Rasyid Naradhipa, and Miri Canvas Market Specialist, Irenna Elizabeth, S.Ak., MBA. This seminar aimed to delve deeper into the potential of using Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Public Relations (PR) and digital content management.
In today’s digital era, an understanding of data analysis and AI technology is crucial to supporting effective communication and marketing strategies.
Dr Aqsath Rasyid Naradhipa, CEO of NoLimit, shared insights on the use of Big Data in decision-making based on audience behaviour on social media. He explained how properly collected and analysed data can yield invaluable information for designing more targeted and relevant PR strategies for the target audience.
Dr Aqsath also emphasised that our competitors are not just local, but global, making leveraging technology and AI imperative. He emphasised that AI should not be viewed as an enemy; instead, it should be utilised as a supporting factor for success in facing global challenges.
Irenna Elizabeth, S.Ak., MBA, Market Specialist at Miri Canvas, discussed the use of AI technology in designing engaging and effective digital content. She explained how AI-based tools can assist in the process of creating presentation designs, campaign mock-ups, and other visual content in a more efficient and professional manner.
Irenna also emphasised that technology is not a threat, but rather a significant opportunity for profit.
