Surabaya, Bhirawa.
The Faculty of Communication and Media Business, Ciputra University (UC) Surabaya, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with two renowned institutions, namely NoLimit, a Big Data-based social media listening platform, and Miri Canvas, an innovative AI-based design technology provider from South Korea, on Tuesday (18/02/2025) today.

The signing of this MoU aims to provide space for UC students to develop more relevant course projects based on the latest technology.

This collaboration allows students to utilize NoLimit’s services to manage and analyze Big Data collected from various social media platforms.

The data obtained can be used for various communication projects, including market research, trend analysis, and developing more targeted and effective communication strategies.

With its in-depth data analysis capabilities, NoLimit will be a crucial tool for UC students to create innovative works in the world of communication.

Furthermore, Miri Canvas, which relies on AI technology, will provide UC students with the ability to design presentations and mock-ups for more professional communication campaigns.

This AI technology allows students to optimize visual designs and presentations, making it easier for them to convey ideas and concepts more engagingly and effectively.

Dean of the Faculty of Communication Studies and Media Business, Ciputra University, Dr. Cosmas Gatot Haryono stated, “This collaboration is a strategic step to prepare UC students for an industry that increasingly relies on technology and data. With access to the NoLimit and Miri Canvas platforms, our students will be able to hone the practical skills that are highly sought after in today’s communications and media business.”

Through this MoU, it is hoped that UC students will be better prepared to face the challenges of the ever-evolving industry, while also opening opportunities for them to collaborate on real-life projects that enrich their learning experience.
