Yang ada justru menambah biaya dan membuang waktu kita.<\/p>\n<p>Tapi cukuplah pergi ke Cristal Caf\u00e9 Quest Hotel Darmo Surabaya, semua\u00a0 orang sudah bisa menikmati semua menu di Indonesia dalam satu tempat.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak Januari lalu hingga Desember 2021 nanti, Quest sudah menyiapkan menu apa saja yang akan dihadirkan. &#8220;Executive chef kami sudah menyiapkan hidangan yang khas dari setiap daerah. Nanti keliling satu-satu pulau,&#8221; kata David E Susanto, general manager Quest.<\/p>\n<p>Sebut saja pempek dari Palembang, gulai belacan khas Riau, naniura dari Batak, soto Betawi dari Betawi, batagor dari Bandung, bajigur dari Sunda, ayam betutu dari Bali.<\/p>\n<p>Dari pulau yang lebih jauh lagi ada pepes kepiting khas Kalimantan Timur, soto Banjar khas Kalimantan Selatan, coto Makassar dari Sulawesi Selatan sampai ikan bakar colo-colo dari Papua.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Minumannya juga diusung dari berbagai daerah. Kalau dari Pulau Jawa ada jus martabe dan es serbat pulau kweni khas Lampung,&#8221; terang David.<\/p>\n<p>Menu-menu itu dihadrkan dengan variasi baru. Sehingga karakter rasanya berbeda-beda. Pengunjung serasa diajak berwisata kuliner dalam satu tempat. Tak perlu pergi keliling Nusantara.<\/p>\n<p>Ditegaskan David, rancangan menu ini merupakan upaya pelestarian kuliner Nusantara agar tak kalah dengan menu-menu Western yang selama ini identic dengan menu hotel.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Padahal Indonesia dikenal sebagai negara yang kaya rempah. Potensinya sangat besar untuk memikat masyarakat dunia dari kulinernya. Kami ingin mengenalkannya lebih mudah di satu tempat agar makin disukai,&#8221; kata Dolimin, executi Quest.<\/p>\n<p>Di bulan Februari ini Domilin menyiapkan menu dari Pulau Sumatera. Ada pempek Palembang. gulai kembang khas Bengkulu, ikan seruit khas Lampung dan lain-lain. Sedangkan minumannya ada serbat kweni asal Lampung, teh slo asal Bengkulu.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun disajikan dengan sentuhan baru namun Domilin tetap mempertahankan orisinalitasnya. &#8220;Rasanya tak boleh berbeda dengan asainya. Harus sama seperti makanan asli yang dibuat di daerah makanan itu diolah,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah khasanah kuliner Pulau Sumetara, bulan berikutnya Quest akan menggarap menu dari daerah yang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Ditambahkan David, dengan menu menu Nusantara yang ditonjolkan ini maka diharapkan kekayaan kuliner khas Nusantara makin disukai. Keragaman itu ada rena ndonesia tempat tumbuhnya bermacam macam rempah. Ini yang memberi karakteristik dan keunikan sangat beragam di setiap masakan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami membuatnya dalam tema Nusantara Food Questival. Ada festival kuliner yang menyajikan menu-menu berbeda seolah keliling Nusantara selama setahun. Ini cara kami ikut melestarikan makanan tradisional Indonesia yangs angat kaya,&#8221; tegasnya.
