(Owner Healthyplateyk), dengan moderator Pak Tatas Hardo Panintingjati Brotosudarmo, S.Si., Dipl.Chem., Ph.D. (Lecturer of Food Technology Program (FTP) UC Surabaya) dan melalui acara ini para peserta diharapkan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang Healthy Food ??, mendapat tips and trick penerapan pola makan sehat?? serta pengetahuan dan inspirasi lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Diharapkan melalui acara yang dilaksanakan pada Jumat, 2 Desember 2022 Pkl 12.30 \u2013 14.30 WIB melalui <em>Zoom Conference <\/em>ini peserta mendapatkan manfaat berupa meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat, terutama mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra terhadap pola makan yang sehat. Hal ini berkaitan dengan <em>Sustainable Development Goals<\/em> ketiga, yaitu <em>\u201cGood Health and Well Being\u201d<\/em> dan memberikan wawasan kepada para mahasiswa untuk lebih memperhatikan pola makan dan memulai hidup sehat.<\/p>\n<p>Pola makan sehat penting untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini dikarenakan sakit itu mahal. Bila seseorang sakit, badan akan tersiksa, produktivitaspun ikut terpengaruh turun, menambah pengeluaran untuk biaya pengobatan, dan akan merepotkan orang-orang di sekitar. Dengan mengonsumsi makanan yang sehat dapat memelihara kehidupan (aman dan bergizi seimbang), diterima secara sensoris, dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Makanan yang sehat aman dari cemaran mikrobiologis, cemaran kimia berbahaya, dan cemaran benda fisik berbahaya. Selain aman, gizi seimbang yang dikonsumsi oleh orang yang tepat dengan jumlah yang tepat, dan juga waktu yang tepat. Saat ini 4 sehat 5 sempurna yang dulunya populer digantikan dengan pedoman gizi seimbang.<\/p>\n<p>4 Pilar Pedoman Gizi Seimbang:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Makanan bervariasi dan seimbang<\/li>\n<li>Hygiene dan sanitasi<\/li>\n<li>Aktivitas fisik cukup<\/li>\n<li>Berat badan ideal<\/li>\n<li>Membatasi GGL<\/li>\n<li>Kesehatan mental<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pola makan sehat untuk mahasiswa sesuai isi piringku<\/p>\n<p>Mahasiswa pada umumnya berusia 18 hingga 22 tahun, dimana rerata tingkat kecukupan energi penduduk Indonesia tahun 2014 pada usia 19 hingga 55 tahun adalah lebih besar dari 73,8%. Artinya, tingkat kecukupan energi sebagian mahasiswa kirang dari AKG (70-100%). Kebutuhan energi harus dipenuhi bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar dan beraktivitas. Gizi seimbang menurut versi terbaru dari 4 sehat 5 sempurna, susunan pangan sehari-hari yang memperhatikan nilai gizi, aktivitas fisik, perilaku hidup bersih, dan pemantauan berat badan. Pedoman dalam satu kali makan Isi piringku:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Makanan pokok (sumber karbohidrat)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Berfungsi sebagai: sumber energi utama untuk beraktivitas dan berpikir.<\/li>\n<li>Beragam sesuai ketersediaan lokal dan kebiasaan sehari- hari.<\/li>\n<li>Contoh: nasi putih, nasi merah, singkong, jagung, mie, bihun, roti, kentang, dan ubi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Lauk pauk (sumber protein)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bermanfaat sebagai:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alat transportasi dan penyimpanan<\/li>\n<li>Imunitas, koordinasi gerak<\/li>\n<li>Penunjuang mekanik<\/li>\n<li>Katalis enzim<\/li>\n<li>Impuls syaraf<\/li>\n<li>Pertumbuhan dan perbaikan tubuh<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Terdiri dari pangan sumber protein hewani dan nabati. Contoh lauk hewani: daging (sapi, kambing, kerbau); unggas (ayam, bebek); ikan dan hasil laut, serta susu dan olahannya. Contoh lauk nabati: tahu, tempe, kacang-kacangan Protein hewani (asam amino lebih lengkap, mudah diserap, tubuh kolesterol, dan lemak tinggi harga lebih mahal), Protein nabati (lemak tak jenuh lebih tinggi antioksidan (isoflavon tinggi)).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Buah-buahan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Merupakan sumber vitamin, mineral, dan serat Sebagian vitamin dan mineral juga berperan untuk antioksidan (pencegah radikal bebas)<\/li>\n<li>Manfaat buah bila dikonsumsi rutin:<\/li>\n<li>Mencegah penyakit jantung<\/li>\n<li>Mencegah kanker<\/li>\n<li>Menurunkan kolesterol, tekanan darah tinggi menjaga imunitas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Sayuran<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Merupakan sumber vitamin, mineral, dan serat<\/li>\n<li>Sebagian vitamin dan mineral juga berperan untuk antioksidan (pencegah radikal bebas)<\/li>\n<li>Beberapa sayuran dapat dikonsumsi mentah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mahasiswa harus mulai memerhatikan pola makan sehat dan mengonsumsi makanan yang sehat agar memenuhi nilai gizi harian. Misalnya dengan menyesuaikan porsi makan sehari-hari. 2\/3 atau 1\/2\u00a0\u00a0 piring diisi dengan sumber karbohidrat, 1\/3 atau \u00bd piring dengan sumber protein, 1\/3 atau \u00bd piring dengan buah-buahan, dan terakhir 2\/3 atau \u00bd piring dengan sayu-sayuran.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>4 Tips untuk memulai pola makan sehat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Membatasi konsumsi GGL (Gula 4 sdm, Garam 1 sdt, dan lemak atau minyak 5 sdm)<\/li>\n<li>Cukup minum air putih (minimal 8 gelas sehari atau BBx30ml)<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan aktivitas fisik minimal 30 menit per hari<\/li>\n<li>Mencuci tangan dengan sabun (mengikuti 5 langkah mencuci tangan dari WHO minimal 20 detik).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pada Jumat, 2 Desember 2022 lalu, telah dilaksanakan iTalk (innovation Talk) Application of Healthy Diet &amp; Healthy Food yang diselenggarakan oleh UC Library, UC Food Technology Program, dan Kelompok 7 EES Kelas I.
