Paling tidak dua hari sekali, perempuan alumnus Universitas Petra itu manikmati sajian tersebut. tujuanya tidak lain untuk menjaga stamina setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan Cynthia memang padat. Selain bekerja sebagai <em>public relation <\/em>di Swiss-Belinn Manyar, Surabaya, dia tergabung dalam kelompok tari Oh My Girl. Cynthia menyebut tidak menyukai sayuran hijau. Rasa yang kurang sesuai dengan lidahnya membuatnya mencari alternative lain untuk mengganti gizi dan vitamin pada sayuran hijau itu. Sejak dua tahun lalu, dia menemukan menu yang gizi dan vitaminnya hampir sama dengan sayuran hijau.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSejak saat itu, saya sering mengonsumsi <em>roasted chicken <\/em>dan sup merah, \u201cjelasnya. Cynthia lebih suka membuatnya sendiri. rasa ataupun komposisinya bisa diatur. Lumayan riber sih, hitung-hitung belajar jadi ibu rumah tangga, \u201cujarnya. Untuk mengimbangi menu itu, dia mengonsumsi susu bebas lemak dan berolahraga. Setiap pagi Cynthia menyempatkan jogging ataupun olahraga ringan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPokoknya, sehari harus ada waktu paling enggak setengah jam buat olahraga, \u201ckatanya. Cynthia menyarankan, mereka yang punya aktivitas padat seperti dirinya sebaiknya banyak mengonsumsi makanan penambah stamina. Selain itu, olahraga adalah hal paling penting. Sekarang juga gampang <em>kan, <\/em>banyak kafe yang jual makanan sehat, <em>gym <\/em>sudah ada dimana-mana.
