Dijamin <em>nggak <\/em>bakal capek da tubuh makin seksi,\u201d ujarnya, lantas tertawa.<\/p>\n<p>Hans Krishan, 24, <em>owner <\/em>salah satu restoran makanan sehat didalam pusat kebugaran, menjelaskan, kesadaran warga metropolis akan hidup sehat meningkat.<\/p>\n<p>Alumnus FGK Unair yang juga ahli gizi itu menyatakan, ancaman obesitas harus disikapi Dengan menerapkan diet secara benar. Makanan rendah kalori dan banyak serat menjadi penting diantara waktu pekerjaan yang begitu banyak. \u201cDiet itu <em>kan <\/em>pola makan yang benar. Jadi, solusinya makan makanan sehat disamping berolahraga rutin,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Minuman dari sarang burung wallet dan biji-bijian, menurut hans, berperan untuk menjaga kesehatan organ tubuh. Dikasih <em>topping macem-macem, <\/em>dikombinasikan buah,\u201d jelas Susi.<\/p>\n<p>Salah seorang pengunjung, Giovany Chandra, datang bersama Rollando Salindeho. Mereka memesan yoghurt dengan rasa yang berbeda. Giovany yang penasaran memesan yoghurt hitam. Sementara itu, Rollando memesan yoghurt putih. \u201cWarna aneh. Rasanya <em>gimana, <\/em>makanya aku beli,\u201d ujar mahasiswai UK Petra tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Guru besar ilmu botani farmasi dan farmakognisi Fakultas Farmasi Unair Prof Dr Mangestuti Agil MS menjelaskan, arang bambu tidak mempunyai nilai nutrisi. \u201cTapi, dalam bidang farmasi, bahan ini hanya untuk menyerap kotoran atau racun dalam tubuh,\u201d ujar perempuan kelahiran 22 April 1950 itu.<\/p>\n<p>Dia menambahkan, sebagai perwarna alami, arang bambu tergolong aman. \u201cBambu jadi arang karena dibakar, jadi tidak mengandung senyawa berwarna hitam.
