Kalau bosen menyantap dengan olesan mergarin, meses, susu cokelat, dan keju, Bunda bisa menyulap roti tawar menjadi kudapan nikmat.<\/p>\n<p>Roti tawar bisa divariasi menjadi roti goreng isi ragout. Jika terlalu ribet, yang paling mudah, roti tawar bisa digulung dengan sosis di dalamnya lalu ditelangkupkan dan di goreng. Semuanya sama-sama enak kok.<\/p>\n<p>Roti tawar goreng<\/p>\n<p>Bahan :<\/p>\n<p>-. 6 lembar roti tawearm buang pinggirnya, tipiskan<\/p>\n<p>-. 6 buah sosis, goreng, sisihkan<\/p>\n<p>Saus :<\/p>\n<p>-. 1 sdm saus tomat<\/p>\n<p>-. 2 sdt mayonaise<\/p>\n<p>-. 15 gr keju, parut<\/p>\n<p>-. \u00bd sdt merica bubuk<\/p>\n<p>-. Minyak untuk menggoreng<\/p>\n<p>Pelapis :<\/p>\n<p>-. 1 butir telur, kocok lepas<\/p>\n<p>-. Te[ung panir secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>Cara mengolah :<\/p>\n<p>-. Saus : campur semua bahan, sisihkan<\/p>\n<p>-. Ambil selembar roti tawar, letakkan sosis di atasnya, tambahkan saus. Gulung perlahan sambil dipadatkan. Rekatkan bagian ujung dengan putih telur.<\/p>\n<p>-. Masukkan gulungan roti tawar ke dalam kocokan telur, lalu gulingkan di atas tepung panir.<\/p>\n<p>-. Goreng di minyak panas hingga kuning kecoklatan. Tiriskan, hidangkan dengan saus.<\/p>\n<p>Memilih Roti tawar :<\/p>\n<p>-. Pilihlah yang terbuat dari gandum.<\/p>\n<p>Roti berbahan dasar gandum mempunyai serat yang baik dan kaya akan vitamin serta mineral. Seaat hendak mengonsumsi roti ini, tambahkan pula sayuran. Seperti, selada, tomat, dan timun dalam roti gandum yang Anda panggang.<\/p>\n<p>-. Hindari roti yang diberi pemanis.<\/p>\n<p>Kita tidka akan tahu apa saja yang telah ditambahkan dalam roti isi tersebut. Pemanis buatan juga tidak baik untuk pencernaan. Sebaiknya pilihlah roti yang tawar dan tambahkanlah madu, sirup jagung, atau butiran chocochips, atau butiran gula.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan :<\/p>\n<p>-. 4 lembar roti tawar tanpa kulit<\/p>\n<p>-. 2 butir telur<\/p>\n<p>-. Garam secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>-. 4 lembar daging asap<\/p>\n<p>-. 4 lembar keju lembaran<\/p>\n<p>-. Saus tomat secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>-. Mayones secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>-. Tusuk gigi secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>Cara mengolah :<\/p>\n<p>-. Kocok telur, beri sedikit garam. Buat menjadi 4 lembar telur dadar tipis. Sisihkan<\/p>\n<p>-. Goreng daging asap hingga matang. Angkat dan sisihkan.<\/p>\n<p>-. Siapkan roti tawar. Oleskan dengan mayones. Tumpuk dengan telur dadar. Olesi saus tomat atau sambal. Beri daging asap dan keju.<\/p>\n<p>-. Gulung roti tawa, iris roti tawar menjadi 3 atau 4\u00a0 bagian sama besar. Agar gulungan tidak terbuka, tusuk dengan tusuk gigi.<\/p>\n<p>-. Lakukan hingga semua bahan habis.
