Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai hijau, cabai merah, serai, daun salam, lengkuas, kencur dan temu kunci sampai harum<\/li>\n<li>Mmasukkan undang jerbung dan cumi. Aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan tomat, sawi dan kapri. Aduk sampai layu.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan air, kecap manis, kaldu ayam bubuk, garam, dan gula pasir. Masak sampai matang. Tambahkan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
