(opi)<\/p>\n<p>RENDANG JENGKOL<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr jengkol, rebus, memarkan<\/li>\n<li>500 cc santan kental dari \u00bd butir kelapa<\/li>\n<li>2 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>1 ruas jari jahe, keprek<\/li>\n<li>1 batang serai, keprek<\/li>\n<li>300 cc air<\/li>\n<li>Garam sesuai dengan selera<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir sesuai dengan selera<\/li>\n<li>Minyak goreng<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BUMBU HALUSKAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 siung bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>6 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>5 buah cabai merah, buang bijinya<\/li>\n<li>4 buah kemiri, sangria<\/li>\n<li>1 ruas jari kunyit, bakar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Panaskana minyak goreng. Tumis bumbu yang tekah dihaluskan beserta daun salam, jahe, dan serai hingga harum dan matang.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan jengkol sambil diaduk, masukkan air, dan masak kembali hingga jengkol empuk.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan santan kelapa secara perlahan dan sedikit demi sedikit sambil tetap diaduk agar santan tidak pecah.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan garam dan gula pasir. Biarkan kuah meresap dan mengental. Angkat, tiriskan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 10 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SAMBAL GORENG JENGKOL<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr jengkol, iris tipis, rebus, goreng sebentar<\/li>\n<li>4 buah cabai merah, rajang halus, goreng<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt air asam<\/li>\n<li>1 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>1 ruas jari lengkuas, keprek<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm gula jawa sisir<\/li>\n<li>Minyak goreng secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt gula pasir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BUMBU HALUSKAN<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>4 buah bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>2 buah cabai merah<\/li>\n<li>2 buah cabai rawit<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, dan lengkuas hingga harum.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan gula merah, gula pasir, dan air asam. Masak hingga kental.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan jengkol dan cabai merah. Masak hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 2 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 5 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SEMUR JENGKOL<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 siung bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>5 buah cabai rawit merah<\/li>\n<li>3 butir kemiri<\/li>\n<li>Merica secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rebus jengkol hingga empuk. Angkat, pipihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, lengkuas, daun salam, dan daun jeruk tunggu hingga harum sambil sesekali diaduk.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan jengkol, aduk rata. Tuangi sedikit air matang, aduk lagi hingga merata.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan kecap manis, garam dan gula. Tunggu hingga air mongering dan bumbu meresap ke dalam daging jengkol. Angkat, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 5 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AGAR JENGKOL EMPUK<\/p>\n<p>RENDAM dahulu jengkol sebelum direbus selama satu malam. Setelah ditiriskan, rebus jengkol selama dua jam. Kalau airnya habis, tambahkan lagi. Setelha direbus, jengkol dipipihkan. Caranya dengan dikeprek menggunakan ulekan.
