Sayangnya, tak banyak yang mau menambahkan bahan makanan berbentuk butiran-butiran kecil itu kedalam resep sajian mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka beralasan jika menggunakan wijen, maka harus memasaknya terlebih dahulu, yaitu dengan cara disangrai. Hal itu tentu saja menambah lama waktu pengolahan. Sebagian lagi lebih memilih menggunakan minyak wijen yang praktis pemakaiannya. Kalau Bunda mau tahu, wijen tak kalah berkhasiatnya dengan bahan makanan lain. Wijen mengandung kalsium, magnesium, zat besi, fosfor, copper, vitamin B1, fiber, mangan, zine, juga sesamin dan sesamolin yang unik. (<strong>opi)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Soun Masak Wijen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr soun, rendam air panas<\/li>\n<li>3 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd buah bawang bombai, iris halus<\/li>\n<li>50 gr udang kupas, cincang kasar<\/li>\n<li>1 butir telur, kocok lepas<\/li>\n<li>50 gr taoge<\/li>\n<li>1 ikan sawi, potong-potong<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdm saus tiram<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdm kecap manis<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<li>100 ml air<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd sdt minyak wijen<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm wijen, sangrai<\/li>\n<li>1 batang daun bawang, iris miring<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm minyak untuk menumis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bumbu aduk rata : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 sdm saus tiram<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdm kecap asin<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm kecap manis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara mengolah : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lumuri soun dengan bumbu. Aduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai sampai harum. Tambahkan udang. Aduk sampai berubah warna. Sisihkan di pinggir wajan.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan air, saus tiram, kecap manis, garam, dan merica bubuk. Masak sampai mendidih. Tambahkan mi, minyak wijen, wijen, dan daun bawang. Maska sampai meresap dan kering. Angkat, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Keterangan : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 25 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ayam Bakar Wijen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 gr dada ayam kampung<\/li>\n<li>5 sdm kecap manis<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm wijen<\/li>\n<li>4 sdm madu<\/li>\n<li>2 lembar daun jeruk<\/li>\n<li>2 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>2 batang serai, keprek<\/li>\n<li>1 ruas jari lengkuas, keprek<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm margarin untuk mengoles<\/li>\n<li>Air secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bumbu haluskan : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 butir kemiri, sangrai<\/li>\n<li>1 ruas jari kunyit<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd ruas jari jahe<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt lada<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt ketumbar<\/li>\n<li>3 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>5 siung bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>\u00be sdt garam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara mengolah :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cuci ayam hingga bersih, lalu potong-potong sesuai dengan selera.<\/li>\n<li>Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan air, sambil terus diaduk. Lalu, masukkan dalam panci presto.<\/li>\n<li>Setelah panci berbunyi, mayikan api.<\/li>\n<li>Buang sisa air dalam presto (yang tinggal sedikit).<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan kecap manis dan madu dalam panci, sambil diaduk-aduk.<\/li>\n<li>Siapkan panggangan yang telah diolesi margarin.<\/li>\n<li>Lalu, panggang sebentar sambil dibalik-balik.<\/li>\n<li>Setelah matang, tata di atas piring saji.
