(c2\/opi)<\/p>\n<p>MELEMASKAN DAUN PISANG<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Jemur daun pisang di bawah sinar matahari terik selam tiga hinggga lima menit. Jika daun pisang terlalu panjang, potong-potong daun pisang menjadi ukuran sedang. Letakkan daun diatas tampah atau sampirkan pada tempat menjemur pakaian.<\/li>\n<li>Jemur daun pisang hingga daunnya cukup lentur dan bisa dilipat dengan mudah. Jika sudah, diangkat.<\/li>\n<li>Bersihkan permukaan daun pisang dengan kainn kering yang bersih. Daun pisang siap digunakan. <strong>(vem\/c2)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Cangkuning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BAHAN KULIT:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gr kentang putih<\/li>\n<li>50 gr kentang kukus, haluskan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sddt garam<\/li>\n<li>100 cc santan dari \u00bc butir kelapa, dipanaskan<\/li>\n<li>15 ml air suji<\/li>\n<li>2 tetes pewarna hijau<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt minyak goreng<\/li>\n<li>Daun pisang untuk membungkus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BAHAN ISI<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 gr kelapa muda, parut kasar<\/li>\n<li>250 gr gula jawa, sisir halus<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>1 lembar daun pandan<\/li>\n<li>25 cc air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Untuk membuat isi, campur semua bahan isi. Masak bahan isi sambil diaduk sampai kalis, dinginkan.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk membuat kulit, aduk rata tepung ketan putih, kentang, gula tepung, dan garam.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan santan hangat, air suji, dan pewarna hijau sedikt demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga halus. Tambahkan minyak goreng, uleni rata.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil sedikit adonan kulit. Pipihkan. Beri isi, bentuk bulat, pipihkan sedikit. letakkan diatas daun pisang yang dioles tipis dengan minyak. Kukus 15 menit dengan api sedang sambil dibuka setiap dua menit sampai matang. Bungkus dengan daun pisang muda. Angkat, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 15 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lupis <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr ketan putih, cuci, rendam air semalam, tiriskan<\/li>\n<li>500 ml air<\/li>\n<li>225 gr kelapa parut<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>Daun pisang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SAUS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr gula merah<\/li>\n<li>3 sdm gula pasir<\/li>\n<li>125 ml air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Untuk membuat lupis, ambil duaa lembar daun pisang lalu bentuk segitiga. Tambakan 1 sdm ketan, tutup, dan kunci dengan tusuk gigi. Kukus selam satu jam sampai matang. Tiriskan dan buka daun pisang, sisihkan, dan biarkan dingin.<\/li>\n<li>Campur kelap parut denan garam, kukuss selama sepuluh menit.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk membuat saus rebus semua bahan sampai menjadi sirup yang kental.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk penyajiannya, gulung lupis didalam kelapa parut. Atur dalam piring dan beri sedikit lelehan saus gula merah.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 6 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 120 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 15 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sawut<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 buah singkong, kupas, parut<\/li>\n<li>300 gr gula jawa, serut halus<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt vanili<\/li>\n<li>2 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>3 lembar daun pandan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd butir kelapa agak muda, parut, kukus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aduk singkong dan gula jawa hingga rata.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkkan vanili, garam, dan daun pandan.<\/li>\n<li>Kukus selama 30 menit atau sampai matang<\/li>\n<li>Hidangkan dengan menaburkan kelapa parut diatasnya.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Nagasari<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 gr tepung beras<\/li>\n<li>100 ml santan kental dari \u00bc butir kelapa<\/li>\n<li>300 ml santan encer dari \u00bc butir kelapa<\/li>\n<li>120 gr gula pasir<\/li>\n<li>1 lembar daun pandan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sdt garam halus<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sdt vanili bubuk<\/li>\n<li>3 buah pisang raja, potong bundar setebal 1 cm<\/li>\n<li>Daun pisang muda untuk membungkus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Larutkan tepung beras dengan 100 ml santan kental. Aduk rata dan sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan santan encer dengan gula, daun pandan, garam, dan vanili. Masak hingga mendidih. Angkat lalu saring.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan tepung beras yang sudah dilarutkan ke dalam santan panas. Aduk rata dan didihkan kembali setengah matang. Angkat.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil daun pisang, masukkan satu sendok makan adonan, dan beri satu potong pisang. Tutup kembali dengan satu sendok makan adoanan. Bungkus seperti melipat amplop. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.<\/li>\n<li>Kukus dengan api besar selama 20 menit atau hingga kue matang. Setelah dingin, bentuklah bulat-bulat sebesar ujung ibu jari. Sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Tepung ketan diseduh dengan sedit air panas. Aduk-aduk lalu uleni dengan santan, air daun suji, dan garam.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil sedikit adonan, beri isi, lalu bulatkan.
